Welcome to the Red Paddle Co Warranty Support Portal. This system is designed to allow you to easily submit warranty claims or general enquiries. It allows the Red Paddle Co Customer service team to quickly deal with any warranty claims or queries that you might have. You can also use the portal to keep track of the progress of any enquries you've submitted. 


We pride ourselves on having the lowest warranty rates in the industry and are constantly working to reduce the number of claims but if you have any warranty enquiries, we will ensure to provide a solution as quickly as possible so you can offer consistent and efficient customer service to your customers.


Submitting a warranty claim through the Red Paddle Co portal:


1) Go to http://redpaddleco.freshdesk.com to be taken to the portal (where you are now)

2) Once logged in, click on New Support Ticket, this is on the left-hand side at the top of the screen. This will take you to the enquiry form to fill out. 

3) Fill in the warranty form following the steps below:


A. Select product type from dropdown list e.g. 10’7 Windsurf, Carbon 50 Nylon paddle, All-terrain backpack. (if it's not there, please leave blank and include in the subject box)

B. If submitting a board, ensure to enter the serial number (found around the valve or leash point on the board)

C. Provide your email address

D.  Select the year of the product e.g. ‘2020’ 

E. Specify the product in the subject box and give full details about the warranty

F.  We require attachments to support your claim, please attach the following:

-video or photos of warranty issue 

-customer’s proof of purchase 

- photo of serial number (if it's a board)

G.  Tick box if customer has registered their board (we may ask for additional customer information to identify their registration on our system or ask them to provide a screenshot of the board registration email if they have it) 


4) Once you have completed the form click 'submit'

5) One of the Red Paddle Co team will review your claim and get back to you - It can take up to a week to settle complex claims but we aim to complete most claims within 48hrs. We will always aim to provide a solution (in the form of a credit note and in some cases, a replacement item) or offer ways to support the customer.


You can easily send in more info or add notes to your claim by clicking the link in the confirmation email you are sent when you submit your claim. Or log into your account at http://redpaddleco.freshdesk.com and click 'Check Ticket Status' on the top left of the screen.


NOTES:

* This is the only way to submit warranty claims. 

* Claims must be submitted with full info and the required attachments. Any missing information may delay the claim
